Welcome to BTT Driver! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BT Transport Australia’s application, BTT Driver, available on the Google Play Store.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also must not translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to BT Transport Australia.
2. License to Use
BT Transport Australia grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with these terms of use.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the necessary system requirements to run the app and for ensuring the proper security and functionality of your device when using the app. BTT Driver does not take responsibility for any data loss, malfunction, or damages caused by improper use of the app.
4. Updates and Changes to the App
BT Transport Australia is committed to improving the app and may release updates from time to time to add new features or fix bugs. We reserve the right to update, change, or remove features of the app without prior notice. Continued use of the app after updates signifies acceptance of the updated version.
5. Third-party Services
The app may make use of third-party services that are not owned or controlled by BT Transport Australia. The app has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that BT Transport Australia shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party services.
6. Termination
BT Transport Australia may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under this agreement will cease, and you must immediately delete or remove the app from your device.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BT Transport Australia, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
